The Return To Monkey Island is an unexpected spectacular return of the series the series’ creator Ron Gilbert that continues the legend of the classic adventure games The Secret of Monkey Island as well as Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge made in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games.

Guybrush Threepwood has been a long time since the last engaged in an intellectual fight against LeChuck the enemy from the world of zombies. Guybrush’s long-time love Elaine Marley has turned his eyes away from politics and Guybrush is now unfulfilled and adrift, not having been able to discover The Secret of Monkey Island. Young pirate leaders headed by Captain Madison have eliminated the old guard to the side, Melee Island has taken a turn for the worse, and famed businessman Stan has been imprisoned for “marketing-related offenses”.

Interact with old and new faces on familiar islands which are under the control of a dangerous new leader. Take to the high seas and explore the unknown and new in your quest to get from difficult challenges.
